Ce que vend cette billetterie, c'est une certitude organisée : une place que l'on peut montrer, un e-billet dans votre boîte juste après le paiement, et un remboursement si nous ne pouvons pas fournir la place.
Choose the show, then the block
Nine shows, six categories. The plan shows what is left in each block, read from the server. You pick a block, not a numbered seat: seats are assigned inside it, best available first, in order of purchase.
Add to the basket, one line per show
A basket takes several shows. Each line is one show and one category. Passes and packages can sit in the same basket as single tickets.
Give a name and an email
No account, no password. The email is where the ticket and the receipt go, and the only way to find the order again.
Pay on the payment page
You are redirected to our payment partner, pay by card with 3-D Secure, and come back here. The amount charged is exactly the amount shown: the server recalculates it from the catalogue before opening the session.
Receive the ticket
The e-ticket arrives by email within minutes of payment, as a PDF attached to the confirmation. The same file stays on the order page, with your reference and email, and can be sent again from there.
Price locked
The price at the moment of order is the price paid, even if the official sale publishes a higher face value later. If it publishes a lower one, our price does not move either — it was agreed.
Delivered at once
The e-ticket is attached to the payment confirmation, as a PDF with a QR code. If it does not reach you, write to us and we send it again; the order page serves the same file.
Refunded, not credited
If the place is not delivered, the refund is full and in cash — the same card, within 14 days, without a credit note or a voucher.

We sell the nine shows of the 71st Eurovision Song Contest in Burgas, from the first jury rehearsal to the Grand Final, with the e-ticket sent right after payment and a full refund if we cannot provide the place.
That is why every price on the site is labelled as ours, why delivery is immediate and written down, and why the refund policy sits on the same page as the price.

- We cannot provide the place. We refund in full within 14 days.
- The show is cancelled. We refund the ticket in full, fees included.
- The date moves. The ticket follows the new date; if you cannot travel, we refund.
- You cannot travel. The ticket is transferable until 7 days before, at no cost.
