Confirmation
An email with your order reference straight after payment. The hotel is confirmed by name in this email.
Your e-tickets
By email right after payment, as PDF attachments to the confirmation. Nothing is posted and nothing is collected in Burgas.

Good to know

Venue: Arena Burgas, Burgas, Bulgaria. Burgas airport (BOJ) is about 15 minutes away; Varna (VAR) is two hours by road.
Rooms: Single occupancy adds 35%. A third bed in a family room is free for a child under 12.
Hotel: Named in the confirmation email. If it becomes unavailable, the replacement is of the same category or better, at no extra cost.
Names: Travellers' names can be changed until 30 days before arrival.
If the show changes: Cancelled: full refund, fees included. Moved: the ticket follows the new date, or a full refund if you cannot travel.
Who sells it: The official box office for Burgas 2027. The public allocation has been handled by the same team since 2015.

Getting to Burgas Questions about stays

Package prices are estimates for the launch, based on observed rates for the contest week and a 3★/4★ base. They are confirmed at the time of booking, not before. The ticket included is a ticket from this office, not an official EBU ticket.
